Murder Ballad! is Hot Cousin’s ode to Agatha Christie, a murder mystery in a digital space, released in fragments on social media followed by a big online messy gathering where the murderer is revealed.

We wrestle back a life that has been hijacked by colonialism and capitalism by sharing the last moment of pure utopian perfection and freedom in our lives, with as many people as possible.

In the spirit of mystery, gossip and lies, we held a 24 hour relay race over three continents, using our time zone differences to build a mystery and get a live audience to solve it.
DON’T TALK TO STRANGERS
Don’t Talk to Strangers is a live performance that attempts to communicate the essence of humanity to an imagined alien listener. It begins as an interview and ends as a transmission from deep space. Inspired by the 1977 Golden Record, the performance is the love story of Carl Sagan and Ann Druyan until words collapse into sound, gesture, and noise. Humans turn into whales, dogs, music; an alien listener tries to make sense of the fragments. The record skips. Time loops. Meaning glitches. Both tender and unsettling, the work treats communication as a haunted experiment—asking how Earth might be misheard, misunderstood, or accidentally reinvented by those listening from far away.
